Support service begins with a pre-purchase analysis of your needs, to ensure our solutions will work for you. It continues through system customization and our thorough installation program. Installation includes on-site manager training.

Our installers even sit on-site opening night as technical consultants to ensure there are no problems.

Post-installation, we offer on-going communication programs, and a wide range of Support Service programs that are customized to each customer's needs.

HDS maintains a toll-free, 24-hour, 7-day-a-week, bilingual Help Desk. Solution Specialists always respond to your 1-800 calls.

Our regional Field Technicians are HDS employees who live and work in our customers' major markets. They're backed by some of the best third-party service specialists in the business.
